The Assignment
Develop a redesigned jobsite for Consolid, which not only reflects their authentic employer brand but is also highly conversion-focused. The site should prominently showcase their work culture and optimize both the candidate and client journey, with an emphasis on transparency, engagement, and growth opportunities. The goal is for the website to seamlessly encourage visitors to apply for jobs or sign up for the Consolid Academy.
