The assignment

CS Rugs approached Direct Impact to help establish the foundation for their new website, set up marketing automation flows, and initiate growth marketing channels. The goal was to increase brand awareness and drive consumer engagement for their luxury rug collection through optimized automation and targeted campaigns.

This is what we did

  • Working closely with the team at Flying Kiwi (the website developers for CS Rugs), we integrated various forms on the new website and launched marketing automation flows. These efforts focused on capturing email addresses from website visitors and following up with both potential and current consumers. Our main strategies included:

    • Activating sample requesters to encourage them to visit a CS Rugs partner and convert to custom-made rugs.

    • Encouraging visitors to download the CS Rugs brochure and either purchase a physical sample or engage further.

    • Following up with consumers who requested a warranty certificate or maintenance advice.

    Additionally, we set up targeted online campaigns through Google Ads and Facebook Business Manager. These campaigns were designed to capture leads from consumers already deep in the funnel, actively searching for rugs, as well as those earlier in the funnel with latent needs.
