However, with the introduction of AI it's no longer needed to invest so much manual time. We have introduced salable scripts that can be replicated across multiple clients with minimal adjustments. Of course we still need to do quality control, but it does save a lot of time which we can invest in higher-impact activities such as strategy and optimization.
