The challenge

TEVEO runs 24 product drops per year, with Sunday launches generating millions in revenue within hours. At that speed, even small bugs directly impact revenue.

At the same time, the brand had outgrown its foundation. What started as a female-focused leggings brand evolved into a €50M+ unisex sportswear company with 100+ employees. The website lagged behind, UX and trust signals were outdated, tracking was limited, and the technical setup was not built for this scale.

The solution

We rebuilt TEVEO end-to-end, both front-end and operationally.

We delivered a full webshop redesign aligned with the brand’s new direction, including improved UX, stronger trust elements, CRO optimizations, and upgraded tracking for full funnel visibility. The technical foundation was rebuilt to support high-traffic drops and future growth.

In parallel, we implemented automated QA. BrowserStack enables real device testing, Playwright runs automated flows in parallel, and Percy performs visual regression checks with a strict 0.3% threshold. Bugs are now caught before release, not during peak traffic.

The new platform handles high-volume launches without friction while matching the scale and ambition of the brand. TEVEO can now run 24 annual drops with confidence, supported by a future-proof technical foundation and full-funnel visibility. Quality assurance has shifted from a manual bottleneck to automated infrastructure, with every release tested across devices, browsers, and UI states before going live, allowing the team to move fast without breaking things.
